What is the Unleashed Conference?
The Unleashed Conference is a day conference at Poplar Ridge Christian Church in Piney Flats, Tennessee and is structured to give students in the East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia area an event to attend to kickoff their school year. We want to show the kids what it’s like and what it means to live unleashed - letting go of everything to solely focus on Christ and building His kingdom. It will also be used as an event to minister to students in the area who may not know who Christ is, and give them the opportunity to experience Christ with their peers and fellow students in the community.
On both College and Youth nights check-in will start at 3:30 PM and be followed by a meal, breakout sessions touching on subjects such as Relationships, Mental Health, Future & Purpose, Living Unleashed, an Intro to the Gospel, and Discipleship. Following breakout sessions will be our main worship session and the night will end at 9:00 PM.

About our main speaker
Our main speaker is Jeff Walling. Jeff is a very powerful communicator and has been pouring into the lives of students for over 30 years. Jeff is on staff at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California and despite being across the country, is very well known throughout the east Tennessee area. Jeff has been the main speaker at events such as the Tennessee Christian Teen Convention, Christ in Youth, and Winterfest.

Preaching Workshop
On Saturday, August 28th, from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, we will be hosting a Preaching Worship by Jeff Walling, Sponsored by WayPoint Church Partners. This is open to anyone and costs $15 per person. Register by clicking the graphic above.
