Above and Beyond
This initiative is the result of our vision to impact the community around us and far beyond Piney Flats. God has called Poplar Ridge to three overarching financial goals. Through the prayerful and purposeful giving of our members to accomplish the goals described below, we expect to see Kingdom benefits with impact beyond our lifetimes. Please consider partnering with Poplar Ridge financially to bring these to life.
Phase 1
Our new audio and lighting systems will allow us to improve our worship experiences both in-person and online. It will allow us to train and equip volunteers to serve. This will not only benefit our church but will transform our ability to reach beyond through higher quality livestream.
Due to faithful giving over the years PRCC has already paid $138,000 towards this project.
The total cost to complete Phase 1 is $70,000.
Phase 2
Our new church van will benefit multiple ministries throughout our church. Due to limitations concerning current seating capacities we are in need of an additional van. Recent events have shown that we have outgrown our current capacity. This addition will benefit ministries such as Children's, Youth, Seniors Ministry, etc.
The total cost to complete Phase 2 is $60,000 .
In 2020 we purchased 2.54 acres and over the past two years the Property Development committee has developed a plan to enhance our campus. Included in this plan is a new pavilion with a prep area for food and restrooms, a brand new playground, walking trails, and an amphitheater for future outside event. This development will be used for church functions but will also be available for use for the Piney Flats community.
The total cost to complete Phase 3 is $125,000.
