"Easter At The Park!"
We are so excited to celebrate Easter this year at Winged Deer Park, and we would love for you and your family to join us there! It will be a morning full of hope and community. Poplar Ridge will make a donation to support Isaiah 117 House for every first time guest who completes our digital communication card on April 4th. Take a look at all of the details below:
The Schedule For Easter Sunday, April 4th:
7:30 am
SunRise Service
This is a long standing tradition at PRCC. We gather in the field behind our main church building-overlooking some of the best mountains you will ever see-for a brief time of devotions and worship.
*Please bring a chair to sit on.
*This is held at Poplar Ridge Christian Church.
10: 15 am
Easter At the Park Opens!
At 10:15 am, "Easter At The Park" officially opens. Come meet representatives from our church in one of our Guest Services tents, stake out your spot for our community worship service in front of the amphitheater, have a family picture taken in one of our photo areas, enjoy a free donut (or muffin), and a cup of coffee on us.

10: 45 am
Community Worship Service Begins
At 10:45 am, our community worship service will begin in the Goulding Amphitheater. We will be observing communion during our worship service. Prepackaged communion supplies can be obtained at one of our two guest services tents. Also, you will need to bring chairs or a blanket for your family to sit on.
*Around 20 minutes into our worship service, preK-5th grade kids will be dismissed for a lesson and activities geared for their age level. Because safety is a high priority for us, we require all children to be registered to help ensure they are placed with the proper adult(s). You can use the link below to pre-register you children. Registration will also be available on site the morning of.
11: 45 am
Easter egg Hunt!!!!
At the conclusion of our community worship service, PRCC's Children's Ministry will sponsor a community egg hunt for all kids preK-5th grade in the large nearby field. Bring your Easter baskets and get ready to find those eggs!

Handicap Needs
Easter At The Park is for everyone! There will be golf carts available to help transport people this day. Also, we will reserve certain spots near the amphitheater for easy access. If you or a loved one are anticipating needs this day, please let us know and we will do our best to be helpful.
Covid-19
"Easter At The Park" will comply with all regulations set forth by the Johnson City Parks and Recreation office. We are excited to have this opportunity to be together, and we will seek to exhibit model behavior. The spaces available at Winged Deer Park Festival Plaza and the Goulding Amphitheater easily enable the practice social distancing. Everyone is encouraged to do so while in attendance. The wearing of masks and regular hand washing are also encouraged.
